Welcome to Broadway Sports’ 2023 Tennessee Titans NFL Free Agency Primer! Free agency is set to officially begin on March 15th, but the legal tampering window will open approximately 48 hours earlier on March 13. The Titans possess several needs, including sizable ones at offensive tackle, wide receiver, EDGE and interior offensive line (both guard and center arguably).
Interior offensive line is a need. Starting right guard Nate Davis is a free agent and may not return to Tennessee. Aaron Brewer provided replacement-level play at left guard. Rumors continue swirling regarding Ben Jones' future at center with retirement being a legitimate possibility. The Titans need two, maybe three interior linemen.
The Titans can't expect to draft all of their interior offensive line needs. It's worth acknowledging the Titans had a formal meeting with Florida guard O'Cyrus Torrence at last week's NFL Scouting Combine. While combing through the weeds, we’ve identified three interior offensive linemen the Titans should and shouldn’t possess interest in free agency . . .
