Broadway NFL Pick’Em: Week 1

NFL football is back tonight! We made it through the pandemic preseason of 2020 and it is time for our reward. The Broadway contributors got together to make their Week 1 picks for the full slate of NFL games on the schedule. We will keep a running total for bragging rights throughout the season. After this week, we’ll list each contributors season record, so you know who to listen to as the year plays out.

The Broadway crew were unanimous in only one matchup, with everyone picking the Pittsburgh Steelers over the New York Football Giants.

Michael Gilliam and Justin Graver are outliers for tonight’s matchup rolling with the Houston Texans over the Kansas City Chiefs. James Esparza is also taking the bold stance selecting the New York Jets over the Buffalo Bills. And last, let’s all shame Bill Ott now and forever for picking the Denver Broncos over our Tennessee Titans.

The group is evenly split on the Green Bay Packers over the Minnesota Vikings, so flip a coin with us on that pick.

    1. I’d hate it if every contributor thought we’d win every game. Apparently, Bill feels the home altitude advantage might be a difference maker. That’s fine.
