Nashville SC’s Hany Mukhtar named to MLS Team of the Week bench

Nashville SC midfielder Hany Mukhtar was named to the bench for the MLS Team of the Week following his performance against Atlanta United. The first Designated Player in club history scored a penalty kick and assisted Jalil Anibaba from a corner kick for a 2-2 draw against the Five Stripes.

This is Mukhtar’s second selection in 2021, and the tenth time a Nashville player has been honored.
