Nashville SC loan Tyler Freeman to Birmingham Legion FC

NASHVILLE, TN – Nashville SC announced on Saturday that forward Tyler Freeman has been loaned to USL Championship side Birmingham Legion FC for the remainder of the 2023 season.

Freeman, 20, joined Nashville from DC United in the offseason, but has yet to make an appearance for the Coyotes. Instead, Freeman played 10 matches (five starts) for Huntsville City FC in MLS NEXT Pro, notching one assist.

Nashville SC are awaiting the result of Monday night’s match between Colorado Rapids and Toluca to deteemine if they advance to the Leagues Cup knockout rounds, as well as their opponent in the Round of 32. Huntsville City FC travel to New York City FC II on Sunday night.
