Nashville SC announced Saturday that the club has reached a deal with digital streaming services that will let fans in Middle Tennessee to avoid local blackouts when attempting to watch matches via streaming services. Games had previously been blacked out on over the top streaming services. Nashville SC confirmed that tonight’s match will be available on YouTube TV and AT&T TV, and that they are continuing to work with their broadcast partner, Sinclair, to make matches accessible on all streaming platforms.
“We are pleased to have been able to work with Major League Soccer to secure the right to stream our games to allow easy access to all our fans,” said Nashville SC CEO Ian Ayre in the club’s release. “These continue to be difficult times and whilst we can’t yet see our fans back in the stands, we at least want them all to have access to our games and cheer on our boys in gold.”
Nashville SC fans had previously been unable to watch games on platforms like YouTube TV or Hulu Live due to local blackouts. Nashville SC’s match against Atlanta United tonight kicks off at 6 PM central on MyTV30, and will now be available on YouTube TV and AT&T TV.
