6 free-agent EDGE the Tennessee Titans should and shouldn’t pursue

Welcome to Broadway Sports’ 2023 Tennessee Titans NFL Free Agency Primer! Free agency is set to officially begin on March 15th, but the legal tampering window will open approximately 48 hours earlier on March 13. The Titans possess several needs, including sizable ones at left tackle, wide receiver, EDGE and interior offensive line (both guard and center arguably).

If The Titans are going to be aggressive in free agency, I believe they'll target these four positions. Role players could be added at additional positions, such as cornerback and linebacker, but the most pressing holes occur at receiver, EDGE, and across the offensive line. New general manager Ran Carthon created cap space by releasing Bud Dupree, Taylor Lewan, Robert Woods, Randy Bullock and Zach Cunningham.

The Titans currently possess approximately $20 million in cap space, per Spotrac. Today, we're analyzing Tennessee's needs at EDGE. With Dupree officially released, and Harold Landry returning from a season-ending torn ACL, we've identified three EDGE defenders the Titans should and shouldn't possess interest in . . .
