Titans at Broncos: Thursday injury reports

The first Titans injury report of the 2020 season was released today for their upcoming Monday Night Football matchup in Denver.

Titans

DID NOT PRACTICE —

  • OL Jamil Douglas (Hand)
  • OLB Derick Roberson (Knee)
  • S Kenny Vaccaro (Not injury related)

LIMITED PARTICIPANT —

  • OLB Vic Beasley (Knee)
  • WR Corey Davis (Hamstring)
  • RB Darrynton Evans (Hamstring)

FULL PARTICIPANT —

No injured players were full participants.

THOUGHTS

Hard to know what to make of this without any preseason games or any real knowledge of how injured anyone is. The only thing we can really do is keep an eye on these guys throughout the week to see if anyone’s participation levels come up.

There’s no reason to be concerned about anything on this report until we see the final tallies on Saturday.

Broncos

DID NOT PRACTICE —

  • ILB Mark Barron (Hamstring)
  • OLB Von Miller (Ankle)

LIMITED PARTICIPANT —

  • OLB Bradley Chubb (Knee)
  • G Graham Glasgow (Ankle)
  • WR K.J. Hamler (Hamstring)
  • TE Albert Okwuegbunam (Ankle)
  • WR Courtland Sutton (Shoulder)

FULL PARTICIPANT —

  • S Trey Marshall (Wrist)

THOUGHTS

The Broncos injury situation is a bit clearer than the Titans, at least when it comes to serious cases. Von Miller suffered a freak injury to a tendon in his ankle and underwent surgery today, which will likely knock him out for the season. Bradley Chubb is recovering from a torn ACL suffered last year, and is expected to be on a “pitch count” this week. K.J. Hamler was noted as being out for possibly the first 2-4 weeks of the season. And Courtland Sutton left practice early today after landing hard on his shoulder.

We’ll monitor these names as well as we get closer and closer to Monday night.

Check back each of the next couple days for the Friday and Saturday injury report updates.
