Welcome to another Titans Wednesday injury report, where we learn nothing about the Titans because Wednesday’s status rarely has any bearing on Friday’s designations.
We also have a (very, very long) Packers injury report to look at. Let’s get into it…
|CB Adoree Jackson (Knee)||DNP|
|T Dennis Kelly (Knee)||DNP|
|DT Jeffery Simmons (Knee)||DNP|
|WR A.J. Brown (Ankle)||Limited|
|C Ben Jones (Knee)||Limited|
|LB David Long (Neck)||Limited|
|CB Chris Milton (Knee)||Limited|
|G Rodger Saffold (Toe)||Full|
|TE Geoff Swaim (Ankle)||Full|
|S Kenny Vaccaro (Illness)||Full|
Is Jackson resting, or did he suffer a setback? Given Simmons and Kelly’s DNPs as well, I’m inclined to believe it’s rest. But we won’t know for sure until later in the week.
Same goes for… the entire rest of this list.
It’s nice to see Swaim and Vaccaro practicing again after both players missed last week’s game.
|TE Marcedes Lewis (Knee)||DNP|
|S Will Redmond (Concussion)||DNP|
|DL Anthony Rush (Illness)||DNP|
|TE Jace Sternberger (Concussion/Illness)||DNP|
|RB Jamaal Williams (Quad)||DNP|
|LS Hunter Bradley (Illness)||Limited|
|LB Rashan Gary (Hip)||Limited|
|RB Aaron Jones (Toe)||Limited|
|CB Kevin King (Groin)||Limited|
|WR Allen Lazard (Core/Wrist)||Limited|
|P JK Scott (Right Quad)||Limited|
|WR Equanimeous St. Brown (Knee)||Limited|
|LB Za’Darius Smith (Ankle/Thumb/Neck)||Limited|
|CB Chandon Sullivan (Hip)||Limited|
|T Rick Wagner (Knee)||Limited|
|LB Krys Barnes (Eye)||Full|
|G Lucas Patrick (Toe)||Full|
|LB Randy Ramsey (Neck)||Full|
|G Simon Stepaniak (Knee)||Full|
|WR Malik Taylor (Hamstring)||Full|
Holy laundry list, that is a lot of players. The Titans have had some lengthy injury reports throughout the season, but nothing that rivals this CVS receipt. The Packers have an extra day of rest after beating the Panthers last Saturday, and it seems they are taking full advantage of the day off.
Green Bay’s injury report ahead of their Week 15 match with Carolina was similar in length, and only two guys ended up being ruled out prior to the game, Sternberger and Stepaniak. Stepaniak was one of only a handful of “Full” participants Wednesday, so it’s safe to assume the majority of these guys will be good to go on Sunday.
More updates to come later in the week…
