Titans News: Giving the company line

Ever heard the phrase, “putting lipstick on a pig”? That’s exactly what Kevin Byard did on Wednesday when he talked up the promotion of Shane Bowen to defensive coordinator. The fact that the Titans even had to put up an article where one of the defensive players is expressing confidence in the hire is pretty sad.

On the agenda this week is talks about the salary cap for this upcoming season. That will have a pretty big impact on what the Titans are able to do this offseason in terms of adding offensive and defensive playmakers.

Warren Moon says that the Titans are set up for the long haul on offense. The foundation is certainly there. They need to supplement.
