This offseason, the Titans saw some needed subtraction on the defensive side, but that doesn’t really do you any good unless you add as well. So the Titans went out and tried to fix the pass rush by signing Bud Dupree and Denico Autry. They drafted Rashad Weaver. The linebacker group is largely unchanged, but they did add 3rd rounder Monty Rice to the mix. Hopefully he can push Evans out of the lineup. In the secondary there were mass changes. Janoris Jenkins was added, and Caleb Farley and Elijah Molden were drafted in the first three rounds.
This unit is going to have a ton of new faces starting and it was warranted. Hopefully the coaching staff, which was unchanged for the most part, can help turn things around.
NFL.com asked their analysts which fanbase deserves a Super Bowl Trophy the most. Joe Thomas had an absolutely absurd answer. The Packers and their fans deserve nothing. They have three of the most iconic QBs of all time throughout their history, and saw a Super Bowl Championship under each of them. Spare me.
Who could be a first time Pro Bowler for the Titans in 2021? Jeffery Simmons seems like a prime candidate, especially with the added talent around him.
