Titans News: Mr. Glass

A year ago, the Titans were rumored to have interest in one Jadeveon Clowney. The vast majority of fans, myself included, were excited to get the talented disruptor reunited with Mike Vrabel to take the defense to another level. He signed, provided disruption for 8 games and then got injured. With all the immense talent Clowney has, he has an even greater weakness. Himself. His body does not seem capable of handling an entire season of punishment and his attitude on getting in shape is “playing himself into shape”. Believe it or not, that strategy did not pay off in 2020.

Now, a member of the Browns, Elijah Price Jadeveon is throwing a bit of shade at the Titans. He mentioned how the Browns won 12 games last year, which was “more than the team he played on”. Well, the Titans might have won a 12th if you were there, Clowney. All that being said, I think the Browns are better with Clowney as he’s still a very good player and will benefit from playing across from Myles Garrett. The defensive moves the Browns have made are impressive thus far. Let’s see what happens on the field.

Titan and Dallas Cowboy legend, Eddie George, was announced as the new head coach for Tennessee State University. I think this was a great move for TSU as they’ll sell a lot of tickets with George as the face of the program at bare minimum.

Author: Robert GreenlawBorn and raised west of the Mighty Mississippi, a 2nd-grade project on the state of Tennessee introduced Robert to Steve McNair and Eddie George, turning him into a Titans fan for life. Robert was best known for being the Music City Miracles "links guy" for the better part of a decade. He loves all things sports and can be found on The Flex fantasy football podcast, part of Broadway Sports Media.
