The Titans have a ton of injuries, all over the roster. Julio, Lewan, and Fulton headline the injury report and there’s not telling when they might get back. In the meantime, it is next man up. Nick Westbrook-Ikhine/Marcus Johnson, Kendall Lamm, and Breon Borders will all need to carry the load for a while. Big test of depth coming up against Kansas City.
Brady Breeze was activated and put on the 53 man roster. He should help with special teams.
One of the things that stood out to Jim Wyatt on Monday was the home crowd. He said it was loud and electric. That’s the kind of thing that makes it hard on opposing teams come playoff time. Hopefully the Titans can host a couple of those games.
After plummeting out of the top 10 in the NFL Power Rankings due to the Jets loss, the Titans have climbed their way back in. Beating Kansas City would further their ascent.
Dan Hanzus says that the Bills win that game against the Titans 9 times out of 10. I do not agree with that notion at all.
While Ryan Tannehill had a mostly off night on Monday, Derrick Henry was superb. His performance allowed him to jump two spots in the NFL.com offensive player index.
