Titans News: No diamonds here

Not to get overly scientific, but the process of creating diamonds is taking carbon and putting it under extreme pressure. If the opposing quarterbacks were raw carbon, there would be no chance of them becoming precious stones because the Titans are horrendous at generating any pressure. This offseason, like every offseason for the Titans, they need to take a hard look at revamping this defensive front and getting a proven pass rusher on board.

There is a chance that Matt Stafford does not play against the Titans on Sunday. Dodging the Detroit signal caller would be a big boost for the Titans, allowing them to face Chase Daniel, either way, you cannot overlook the Lions.

Yes it was against the Jaguars, but the Titans’ defense played well on Sunday. Malcolm Butler continued his stretch of stellar play, and Tye Smith played well across from him.

Is Derrick Henry the best running back in football? Most definitely. As NFL.com says, he is the heartbeat of the Titans’ offense.
