The Titans have had some good draft picks during the Jon Robinson era, but they’ve also had some real misses. On NFL.com, Adam Schein has nine players that should not hit the open market. He includes Jameis Winston, an intriguing choice for the list, and Matthew Judon, who is hugely overrated.
