Titans WR Reggie Roberson Jr. to display versatility at training camp

Tennessee Titans wide receiver Reggie Roberson Jr. is excited to compete for a roster spot. A second-year undrafted free agent, Roberson Jr. spent the majority of the 2022 campaign on the Titans practice squad. Roberson Jr. was a big-time collegiate performer that recorded 51 catches for 625 yards and six touchdowns at SMU in 2021.

Roberson Jr. recently spoke exclusively with Broadway Sports. Roberson Jr. discussed getting a fresh start at this year’s training camp, impressing the coaching staff, what he learned on the practice squad, and more. Roberson Jr. possesses every trait necessary to enjoy a standout performance at training camp.

JM: You spent the majority of last season on the practice squad with the Chicago Bears and Tennessee Titans. What was the biggest lesson you learned during your rookie year?

Reggie Roberson Jr.: I learned the importance of keeping your head down and going to work. You have to stay in the playbook as a young player. You have to keep grinding as you patiently await for an opportunity.

JM: That’s the honest truth. You rejoined the Titans in November, and you’re back in Nashville for training camp. Did you always feel like you’d end up back in Tennessee?
